SPA POLICY AND PROTOCOL

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday from 10 am. at 8pm.
Saturdays from 10am to 7pm
Sundays (only central valley branch) from 10am to 5pm

BOOKINGS
.
The SPA team is at your service to help you with the selection of services and treatments including their proper order.
We encourage you to make reservations as far in advance as possible, to ensure the availability of your favorite treatments.
You can make your reservation through the website, whatsapp, direct telephone line at the branch, via facebook or in the customer service area of the SPA.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
.
Group reservations from 3 people onwards, must be made with a minimum time of 6 days before, paying 50% of the reserved treatments, the date of the service will be subject to the availability of the spa. These Reservations must be made directly by phone to the branch of preference.

CANCELLATION POLICY
.
In the event that you wish to cancel your reservation with us, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of not giving notice to make the cancellation 3 consecutive times, in your next appointment you must pay 100% of the service to make the new reservation.
In the case of services that require a 50% advance payment, if you do not cancel within the indicated time and schedule a new appointment, said advance will be lost.
DELAYS

If you are late for your appointment for your service, you should be aware that being late will simply shorten your treatment time. Depending on the duration of it.

- HAND AND FEET SERVICES : We remind you that we have a 10-minute tolerance for hand and foot services, if you arrive after your appointment, the service must be modified or rescheduled if necessary.
- MASSAGE AND BODY SERVICES: If you arrive after your reservation time, the service will be for the remaining time or, where appropriate, a shorter service will be performed.
- FACIAL SERVICES: We remind you that we have a 10-minute tolerance for facial services, if you arrive after your appointment, the service must be modified or rescheduled if necessary.

PHYSICAL AND HEALTH CONDITION

We recommend not performing the treatments right after eating and they will not be performed on any client who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Shaving before an exfoliation treatment and sunburn before any SPA service should be avoided.
We ask that you notify us of any physical condition, pregnancy, hypertension, allergy or injury that could affect the service when you make your appointment.

PREGNANCY

Pregnant women under 4 months, heart or pressure problems are not recommended to receive all treatments.
Please allow our SPA team to make the recommendation in the selection of treatments as some are not recommended during this special time.

BASIC REGULATIONS OF THE SPA

Our goal and dedication is to offer you an environment of relaxation and tranquility, for this it is essential to respect the privacy and serenity of all our guests by limiting the use of mobile phones and keeping a low tone of voice.
It is not allowed to smoke or consume food and drinks from outside.
Access is for people over 18 years old, if you are a minor you must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

PAYMENT METHODS
SPA treatments can be paid in cash, online, via transfer or deposit or with a credit or debit card.
SPA services will always be paid in advance. Advance reservations are advised.

All prices are in Mexican pesos and are subject to change without prior notice.
